Following my passionate background in calligraphy, typography and ambigram creation, I was commissioned by Mc Cann Erickson, Mumbai to create a series of typographic units for a campaign for Western Union Money Transfer. The brief was to design typographic visuals that are structured in a way that one component can be read / interpreted as two different currency names – that too, within the same orientation. The series includes currency name sets for: Dollar-POUND, Euro-Yen, Rupee-Ruble & dinar-riyal.
